1. Hosting & Domain Services
- Hosting fees are due on the 1st of each month.
- A 15-day grace period is available before service suspension.
- If unpaid after 30 days, a R150 reactivation fee applies.
- After 60 days, hosting is permanently terminated, and website data may be deleted.
- Domain renewals must be settled before expiration to prevent loss of ownership.
- Clients can prepay quarterly, semi-annually, or annually for uninterrupted service.
2. Website Development & Design
- A 50% deposit is required before development begins.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the website goes live.
- Project timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness.
- Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.).
- Minor revisions are allowed for 7 days after project completion; additional revisions are billed separately.
3. Data Protection & Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials.
- We do not store payment details—transactions are securely processed via trusted third parties.
- Backups are recommended but remain the client’s responsibility unless subscribed to a maintenance plan.
4. Marketing & Digital Services
- SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media services require prepaid monthly fees.
- Late payments result in service pauses until settled.
- Paid plugins, premium tools, or third-party services are billed separately.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Hosting fees are non-refundable once activated.
- Web design deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Cancellations require a 30-day advance notice.
6. Support & Website Maintenance
We offer web maintenance services and dedicated support to all our clients, regardless of the service they have with us. However, for businesses that rely on their websites for revenue and visibility, we highly recommend subscribing to our monthly maintenance plan.
- Websites require regular updates, security monitoring, and backups to remain functional and protected.
- Clients subscribed to our maintenance plan benefit from proactive support, ensuring their website remains secure, optimized, and up to date.
