Quotes and payments
Quotations are valid for the period stated. Work begins after acceptance and any required deposit. Invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, content, feedback and approvals. Delays in those items delay the project.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in completed work transfers to the client on full payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We take care with the work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
